Craftsmanship details
Remy Martin XO creation is a labor-intensive undertaking, paying homage to centuries of traditions. The eaux-de-vie are distilled over the lees in small copper pot stills, a process that increases depth of character and complexity of flavors. They are aged in Limousin oak barrels, with loose grain, which provides greater interaction between wood and spirit, adding subtle spice and vanilla nuances.
Packaging Features:
Rémy Martin XO rests in a stylized, faceted decanter with an air of sophistication. The transparent glass reveals the mahogany color of Cognac, its gold trim and medallion logo reflecting its high-end status. The decanter sits in a high-end box, so it’s a great gift choice for connoisseurs and collectors alike. At its essence, Remy Martin XO represents the very height of Cognac perfection. Its subtle balance of aged eaux-de-vie provides a sensory experience both profound and lasting.
